Essential Cabinet Factory

Please read these referral terms and conditions carefully before joining Our Program.

 

Essential Cabinet Factory reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. We may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. Essential Cabinet Factory also reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program.

• If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental consent to participate in the Program.

​

• The Referrer must ensure that the Referee/ Referred Customer has consented prior to disclosing the Referee’s personal particulars (including but not limited to the Referee’s full name and contact number) for the purpose of the Program. In this respect, the Company shall have the right to disclose the Introducer’s name if the Referee requests for the Introducer’s identity. The Introducer shall at all times indemnify the Company from any claims, demands, suits or action initiated by the Referee against the Company due to the disclosure of the Referee’s personal particulars.

Failure to notify the referee or/and the referee is not recognized by the stated referrer, no commission will be rewarded to the referrer.​

• In the event there are two (2) or more Introducers, for the same said Referee, the first Introducer who keys in the Referee’s complete personal particulars as required into the system will be recognized and acknowledged as the Introducer of the said Referee under this Program.

 

• A Referee is considered to be successful upon 50% deposit payment of purchase price received.

 

• Upon the completion of commission claim form, the Company shall notify the Introducer of the successful Referee.

• The reward will be made payable by bank transfer or any mode suitable to the Company and shall not be exchangeable with any form of payment. Any request for a change of mode of payment will not be entertained.

 

 

• Essential Cabinet Factory shall not be responsible for:

  • Late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, unreliable, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission;

  • Telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors;

  • Data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials;

  • Any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any websites or materials associated with the referral program; or

  • Claims, demands, and damages in disputes among Referrers or between Referrers and Referees; or

  • Any other injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a reward, or from participation in the Program, that were not reasonably foreseeable to Essential Cabinet Factory at the relevant time.

• The commission amount is 5% of every successful referral and will be determined by the amount paid by the referee. The commission will be credited within 3 business days via the bank account provided during registration.

 

• The Commission is not exchangeable into any other forms of any credit or benefit in-kind and the Commission is also strictly and exclusively rewarded to the Introducer. The Commission cannot be redeemed, assigned or transferred to any other person or third parties. The method of calculation for the Commission is at the sole discretion of the Company and it is treated as final and conclusive.

 

• Any tax payable (personal income tax) that is applicable for the reward sent by referral program will be the responsibility of the rewarded referrer. If any claim is made against Essential Cabinet Factory for such taxes, the referrer shall indemnify and hold Essential Cabinet Factory harmless from and against any liability for such sums and promptly remit to Essential Cabinet Factory such sums together with any penalties and interests assessed.

• Failure to observe and comply with any of the stipulated terms and conditions herein by the Introducer shall automatically disqualify such Introducer from the participation of the Program.
