Warranty

Our cabinets are covered for one (1) year for manufacturer defects which covers fittings and accessories (this includes handles, hinges and drawers) only. This does not include any physical damage caused by you or third party, damage from abuse, neglect or natural causes or disasters. You are also responsible for providing photographic evidence of the damage of your claim.

Warranty Terms

The warranty is guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing defaults including parts and services for a period of one (1) year with effective from the date of installation.

Essential Cabinet Factory warranty shall apply to manufacturing defects and it covers for fittings and cabinet accessories only.
This warranty shall not cover the following circumstances and the costs to replace or repair shall be borne by the Customer:

Cosmetic damage (including scratches, dents, chips, cut or damages) caused by impacts or accidents unless such damage results from defects in materials or workmanship and is reported to Essential Cabinet Factory within 30 days from the date of installation;
The damages caused by power outages or water leakages from water outlets or water spillage due to user’s negligence;
Natural variations in the color, materials or textures, changes arising from natural aging process of the material and grain of the wood, deterioration or tarnishing to surface finishes; or
The Cabinet has undergone, repairs, modifications, alterations or dismantlement by other party.
Damages caused by negligence, fire, lightning, electrical disturbance, accidents and other natural disasters.
Damages caused by pets or pests (such as termites, ants, rats, lizard, dogs, cats, and others).
Damages caused by chemical reaction, excessive heat, excessive dust, corrosive or humidity surroundings.

3. Decisions made by Essential Cabinet Factory on all questions pertaining to complaints as results of defects, either workmanship or material shall be conclusive.
